This past week I've been watching a lot of videos made by the following homesteading resources.
This is Homesteady.
This family of 4 lives on a 1 acre urban homestead and still manages to garden, raise chickens, goats and even a sheep or two. Proving you don't need much land to pull off something amazing. Plus Danelle (the mother and driving force behind it all) does all her own butchering, which is seriously impressive.
Anyways, I should stop day dreaming about raising my own meat birds and get back to thesis writing.
